New car plates in Egypt

Yesterday, I did see the new car plate al thought I heard about it months ago, I like it because it is something new and I do not why they change the old one with a new with alphabetic characters, we have a problem in traffic police soldiers they hardly read the numbers, but I think it might be a new opportunities to hire unemployed graduates to handle the ticketing issues as you know the new traffic law will collect lots of money from the public.
